dos.library/Open() and my.library/Open() functions after installing the patch
are the same, until some other patch appears. If this new patch will obtain
some additonal resources it have to free them in dos.library/Close(). If you
will call my.library/Open() you will simply ignore any patches that appeared
after your patch f.e. SnoopDOS run after your program...
